## Overview

The INOP Talent Screening API goes beyond traditional resume screening by assessing candidates based on skills, values, cultural fit, and long-term success potential. The API provides endpoints for creating and retrieving match insights, enabling seamless integration with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms:

* Analyze a candidate's profile against a job description.
* Retrieve existing candidates and AI-generated screening recommendation insights.
* Assess skills, values, cultural fit, and long-term success potential.
